Processing Time

Orders are processed within [1–3] business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email once it ships.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship via [USPS / UPS / FedEx].

  • Standard Shipping ([5–7] business days): Free over $99

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays or busy holiday seasons.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported missing.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the US only. / We ship to select international destinations. Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.
