Akaa 阿卡 (Pronounce: ā kǎ) is an illustration artist based in SF. She proudly imbues her Asian heritage in the culturally rooted objects she creates, including prints, stickers, pins, plushies, tote bags, story books and zines. As a person of the Asian diaspora, Akaa's creations explore the connection between food and culture, as well as who she is in this new home.
