Slow-cooked, small batch chili crisp that’s delicious on everything. Inspired by the spicy, flavorful chili crisps that Kwong Shop owner's grew up eating in their parents’ kitchen. Infused with garlic, shallots, and two types of chiles, chile de árbol and gochugaru, giving it a hot, sweet, and smoky taste.

The purpose at Kwong Shop is to share family recipes, as well as original recipes inspired by nostalgic memories of their parents’ Chinese restaurant. As first-generation Chinese Americans, they found joy, connection, and nourishment in gathering around their food. Through Kwong Shop, they hope to share a bit of that experience with you.
