Over the course of 12 weeks, our program for local high schoolers delved into the rich tapestry of San Francisco’s Chinatown. Participants embarked on a journey of immigration, identity, and the future of Asian America. With a tour by Max Leung and a visit with Dragonspunk Farm in Bayview, high school participants learned about topics ranging from Chinatown history to the intersections between food justice, urban agriculture, and solidarity.
